Imaginarium Early Learning Centre Burpengary
Imaginarium Early Learning in Burpengary operates 6:15 am to 6:15 pm, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks a year. It is closed on all gazetted Public Holidays.
Each day, the Centre provides education for children from 6 weeks to 6 years.
The children can stay cool when it gets hot under our fun splash pad or be cooled by our misting system.
Its spacious rooms allow children to play uninterrupted and to move freely between indoors and outdoors at their leisure.
Children under 2 years have their own indoor and outdoor play areas at one end of the Centre. The Centre is fortunate enough to have two attached sleep rooms large enough for each child to have their own cot. Pre-school aged children are located at the other end of the Centre where their playrooms are resourced with an extensive range of learning materials in preparation for school the following year.
To facilitate the children’s sense of wellbeing and belonging, they are placed in small groups with educators and children familiar to them. These groups take into consideration the children’s ages and Developmental stages.
The groups are:
- Nursery - 6 weeks to 1 year
- Tiny Tots - 1 to 2 years
- Toddlers - 2 to 3 years
- Junior Preschool - 3 to 4 years
- Preschool - 4 to 5 years
In the early morning and late afternoon, and for special activities and events, children are given the opportunity to play in mixed-age groups and with their siblings.
